To receive any apologies for absence.

This item allows the Chairman to invite any Councillor to declare an interest in any of the items on this Agenda.

Named Substitutes
To receive details of any Member of the Authority nominated to attend the meeting in place of a Member of the Committee.
To present the Statement of Accounts 2013/14 for approval.
To consider and note the issues set out in the External Auditors’ Report.
- To consider evidence compiled during the self assessment review which provides the assurances that sit behind the Annual Governance Statement .
- To put forward the Draft Annual Governance Statement 2013/14 for approval.
To provide Members with a progress report into collaborative areas identified for improvement arising from the Operational Assessment conducted in 2012.
To consider and approve the draft Statement of Assurance 2014-15 for publication.
To provide the Committee with a progress update on the 2014/15 delivery plan.
To alert members to the above regulations and to note the subsequent changes to Standing Orders.
